Our program is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine™ (ASAM) assessment and placement criteria. Providing a nomenclature for a range of addiction services, this resource is valued by medical professionals when it comes to treating addiction.
Early Intervention Assessment and Education By Grace Counseling Services offers Early Intervention Assessment and Education for at-risk individuals who do not meet diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder. We provide the following:
Outpatient Services
Our outpatient services take a total of nine hours for adults and six hours for adolescents per week. These include therapies and strategies for recovery or motivational enhancement.
Intensive Outpatient Services
Weekly inpatient services take a total of nine hours for adults and six hours for adolescents. These are designed to treat individuals with multidimensional instability.
Partial Hospitalization
Our center provides partial hospitalization services taking at least 20 hours per week. Here, we treat patients with multidimensional instability but who do not require 24-hour care.
Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Facility
Our highly trained personnel offer round-the-clock patient care at our residential facility. We provide at least 5 hours of clinical service per week.
Clinically Managed Population Specific High-Intensity Residential Facility
Our trained counselors are available 24 hours to stabilize multidimensional imminent danger in the facility. We provide mild milieu and group treatment for individuals with cognitive or other types of impairments, and are unable to benefit from a full active milieu or therapeutic community. This service is not available for adolescents.
Clinically Managed Medium-Intensity Residential Facility
Our trained counselors provide 24-hour assistance to stabilize multidimensional imminent dangers and prepare for outpatient treatment. Here, we tolerate and use the full active milieu or therapeutic community.
Medically Monitored High-Intensity Inpatient Services
By Grace Counseling Services provides 24-hour nursing care with physician and counseling service for patients. We treat significant problems in Dimensions 1, 2 or 3; with sessions that total up to 16 hours per day.
Medically Managed Intensive Inpatient
Through 24-hour nursing care and daily physician care, we aim to treat severe, unstable problems in Dimensions 1, 2, or 3. Our counseling service helps engage patients in the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Level 1 treatment.

Supportive Mental Health Counseling and Patient-Focused Rehabilitation Programs
Medically Managed Inpatient Methadone Treatment
By Grace Counseling Services has licensed medical professionals that administer methadone to patients with opioid addiction. Methadone is usually taken orally once or twice a day for two days. Treatment duration depends on the severity of the addiction, as well as doctor’s discretion.
Drug Detoxification
All patients are carefully monitored, especially in the detoxification and subsequent withdrawal process. They also participate in individual and group therapy sessions after being detoxified from drugs. We prescribe non-addictive anti-depressants, and have addiction therapists and psychiatrists standing by for therapy sessions.
Group Therapy
Group therapy covers topics such as relapse prevention, anger management, and codependency. We incorporate spirituality, fellowship, and unity to help our patients remain abstinent from drugs.
Opioid Treatment Program
Daily or several weekly counseling sessions for opioid agonist medication aim to improve the multidimensional stability of those with severe opioid use discord. Take note that these OTPs are not designed for adolescent populations. Refer to adult services in the OTP Level 1 module for more information.
